ADS Local Server error 6420

Hey everybody!
When I'm sending many requests right after the other to a webservice running ADS Local Server, the first request is being processed fine... but all the other requests are triggering an ADS error 6420:
But when I increase this interval to 30 seconds or more, I'm not getting any error, all the requests are being processed successfully...
And the strangest thing about all that situation is that the error says "the discovery process for the ADVANTAGE DATABASE SERVER failed"... And I'm using ADS Local Server, there's no ADS Server installed in my desktop...
does anybody knows what is happening?

When I say "right after the other" I mean that there's a interval of less than 10 seconds between the requests.Error 6420: The 'discovery' process for the Advantage Database Server failed. Unable to connect to the Advantage Database Server. axServerConnect
