http://www.modharbour.club is my LAB server for mod harbour.
The internet provider has now blown in the fiber optics, and we have done the setup.

The SSL certificate for https://www.modharbour.club is already working.
For now, we are using the UniFi Dream Machine pro.
But since I have several IPs, I have to look for another solution here.
Currently, the Dream machine can only route one WAN network.
I will set up an FAQ section on http://www.modharbour.club.
