I see first spam on the forum. How is this technically possible? Do spammer create an account, or have they found another way to insert data. I am interested in methods to protect web pages and forums.

By performing the captcha, spam is avoided, but it is difficult to avoid the span that occurs from registered users. The best way is not to post messages until your account is validated. I am thinking of the best way to do it, since it is an additional work for which we will need help, so the best thing is to create moderators to help us maintain the forum.
